Force / Load Testing

Labman have developed a number of systems using Load Cells from Interface (www.interface.com) and Instron (www.instron.com).
These load cell based systems have been used to:
- - Test materials under tension or compression,
- - Test the forces needed to remove or extract specific components from an assembly ,
- - Test the friction of two surfaces upon one another,
- - Or be incorporated within an overall more complex automated system.

These systems are equivalent to Lloyd Instruments materials testing stands and instruments/machines that are commonly found in laboratories for material testing. They are however more versatile as they can be built into a far more complex system that can perform multiple tests on multiple batches depending on the customer requirement.
