Cytogenetics Slide Preparation
Labman has developed complete slide preparation and microscope slideloading systems for several clients. Microscope slides can be taken, using interchangeable robotic tools, through the whole process of sample barcode reading, capping/de-capping, sample dispensing, centrifugation, washing, drying, staining, glue addition and cover slipping to produce a stained slide. In addition, automation of slide loading onto standard microscope stages is also possible. The system shown presents mono-cell layer slides for computer controlled, fluorescence image analysis and cancer screening. This expertise can be tailored to suit many high throughput slide preparation applications, or run as a parallel screening program.
