Fill, Weigh, Label & Cap System
Based around the Easifill powder feeder from G Webb Automation the Labman system fills, check weighs the powder fill, applies a printed on the fly label, fits a bung and seals it in place with a crimp sealer. Input and output tubes are in racks whilst the bungs and crimps are bowl fed. The fill and label data can be 21CFR11 controlled for pharmaceutical type applications. The cycle speed is around 20 seconds per tube.
