Labman High Speed Replicator (HSR)
This system can be designed as a stand alone, high throughput screening replicator or as part of a fully integrated ultra high throughput screening system with automatic loading and hotel plate storage stations. The 96 disposable tip head can be moved at speeds of up to 3 metres/second. Fully programmable Windows interface software allow variable plate types (96 well, 384 well, micronic blocks, etc.) and transfer volumes of between 5ul and430ul can be accommodated! A unique touch-off ensures accurate dispensing even at low volumes! A 5ul, 96 well, plate to plate transfer takes < 5 seconds!! A typical replication protocol of 430ul aspirate and mix from deep well mother plates and a 5ul distribution dispense into 80 daughter plates (96 well or 384 well plates) takes in the region of 7 minutes!!
