Cardiac Sensor Quality Control

Click to Enlarge We are pleased to announce the completion of another successful project collaboration between LiDCO Limited, manufacturers of hemodynamic monitoring systems, and Labman. As with the previous electrode painting robot produced by Labman we worked closely with the LiDCO team throughout the project to produce the finished system.

The new QC system allows quality control tests to be performed on the LiDCO cardiac sensor quickly and efficiently. By storing detailed information in an Excel spreadsheet the performance of sensors can be monitored over time. As the data is stored in Excel it can be examined on almost any PC freeing up the QC system to carry out tests rather than being used to perform analysis.

The system was designed to be intuitive ergonomic fast and neat just like the product it tests. Wherever possible checks are made to ensure data is valid, the system will prevent users proceeding to perform tests unless the equipment has been properly calibrated and the system itself can verify the results of the calibration.
Check back soon for other exciting new developments between Labman and LiDCO. If you would like to know more about the LiDCO system then click on the image below to find out more.
