Bespoke bottle crusher and recycling system
Plasic bottles full of water are fed into an input buffer based inside a steel channel. As a new bottle is pushed into the system it is pushed into a crushing station and crushed (and pierced) with around 500kg of force. The water contained within each bottle is then drained into a container housed below the unit before the crushed bottle is fed into an outside waste bin for recycling the plastic. Bottles can be either capped or uncapped and currently one of a few different sizes!
