Overview

System Overview.

The Labman well plate resin cleaver and replicator is installed in America. Source deep well plates are loaded into the stacker whereupon they are opened, the sample cleaved from the resin with trifluoroacetic acid, then they are washed and replicated into standard 96 well plates. Additional reagents include acetonitrile, DMSO, methanol and isopropanol. The system includes remote log on and control, plate lidding and de-lidding, bar code tracking, foil pierce station, reagent level controls and a tip washing / exchange methodology. PFTE and stainless steel components help protect the mechanics against the aggressive acid. Protocols may be developed offline.
