We would like to invite you to the European Coatings Show in Nuremberg, the world’s leading exhibition for the coatings, paints, sealants, construction chemicals and adhesives industry.

Even better, we hold a limited number of FREE fast lane admission tickets as way of welcoming you to our stand 5.130 in Hall 5.  We will be demonstrating TIDAS and the robotic integration of Hauschild’s ‘Speedmixer’ advanced mixer system, meeting up with customers old and new and discussing all the benefits of automation.

TIDAS is an automated Hegman grind gauge scanner, a powerful R&D and QC tool which removes all the subjectivity of manually rating samples. Testing using TIDAS is repeatable and consistent, the degree of dispersion is objectively measured and the supporting images stored in electronic format. Please come to our stand and see TIDAS working.

“Tidas has resulted in significant time savings and improved workflow in our lab.” Applied Technology Manager for a Major Global Producer of Pigments for Coatings

We have developed high throughput formulation and analysis systems specifically for the coatings industry. These systems include a variety of automated material handling technologies, automated paint application and automated analysis tools. Please come and talk to us about what can be achieved and watch the videos. The latest projects incorporate the Hauschild Speedmixer, which is also on display at our stand.

“Our Labman high throughput formulation system takes two months off a new product development cycle. We have saved over $200,000 refining just one core product” Department Manager, Multinational
