ROTHAMSTED RESEARCH LIQUID HANDLING SYSTEM
System Overview.
The second module installed at Rothamsted Research performs the wet chemistry processes on the plant material. Samples are diluted, mixed, incubated, capped, automatically loaded and unloaded from a centrifuge, de-capped and then sub sampled into target vials (NMR, ESI-MS vials). The process is fully automated and has the capacity to operate for 72 hours without intervention.
